If you require medical assistance outside of our opening hours, you can contact one of the below services:
- Rosny Doctors & After Hours at 27 Bligh Street, Rosny Park on (03) 6244 1058. This after-hours service is available Wednesday to Friday between 6:00pm and 9:00pm, and weekends and public holidays between 1:00pm and 9:00pm.

- Healthdirect on 1800 022 222 is a free national medical helpline where you can discuss your symptoms with a Registered Nurse who can provide advice.
In a medical emergency, please call 000 and ask for an ambulance.
When your doctor receives results that need to be discussed, an SMS message will be sent to you, or a staff member will contact you asking you to make an appointment.
If you do not respond, it is our duty of care to attempt to contact you at least three times, with the last contact being a letter sent to you via registered mail.
If you have recently had pathology or diagnostic testing and have not heard from our practice, it means your doctor is happy with your results and does not need to speak with you.
We take feedback, complaints, and concerns very seriously.
Please speak with us if you have any concerns, and where appropriate, we can arrange a meeting for you with your doctor or a member of our Practice Management team.
Alternatively, you can express any concerns you may have, including those related to privacy, using our enquiries form.
We will strive to resolve your concerns in accordance with our resolution procedure. If you wish to take your complaint further, you may contact the Tasmanian Health Complaints Commissioner at www.healthcomplaints.tas.gov.au
All consumers have the right to safe and high-quality health care. The Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights (the Charter) describes what consumers, or someone they care for, can expect when receiving health care. There are seven rights in the Charter. They apply to everyone and everywhere health care is provided in Australia.
